Short answers. Useful next steps.

Can I request HVAC help anywhere in the United States?

Yes. We accept requests from all 50 states and Washington, D.C. A request is not a booking. Provider coverage and response are not guaranteed. We will ask before sharing your details with a provider.

Can you verify my contractor?

Our verification guide currently covers Texas HVAC, mold assessment, and mold remediation credentials. It links to official state records. This version does not run an automatic background or license check.

Does home age mean I need a new AC?

No. A home can be old and have a new system. Home age helps you ask about service records, duct work, insulation, and past updates. The equipment and its condition need their own check.

Does your training count toward license renewal?

Our Better Service Academy is general learning and carries no state renewal credit. The state training hub helps you find official rules and approved course directories. Check the exact course before you pay.
